About the Role
Are you a caring and motivated individual with a passion for supporting young people’s learning?
We’re currently recruiting for Teaching Assistant to work on a day-to-day and short-term basis at a school in the CB11 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, support students’ learning and development, and enjoy flexible, rewarding work.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll:
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students who may need extra help
• Encourage positive learning behaviours and promote inclusion
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Work flexibly across different classes and year groups as needed
What We’re Looking For

• Experienced in working with children or young people in an educational setting
• Patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated to helping students reach their potential
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to new classroom environments quickly
• A strong communicator who can work effectively as part of a team
• Able to travel in and around the CB11 area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
