Teaching Personnel are recruiting experienced teaching assistants to work within our excellent client school in Bury, Greater Manchester.

• Full-time Teaching Assistant position.
• Start date: January 2024.
• Earn between £1540 - £1800 per month.
• Experience supporting students aged 11-16 is essential.

Our client school are looking to appoint an experienced teaching assistant to support pupils across KS3 and KS4 of varying abilities. Some students may have Special Educational Needs (SEN), and so good knowledge of effective support strategies would be beneficial.

Role responsibilities:

• Providing in-classroom provision to students requiring additional support.
• Leading one-to-one interventions aimed to improve learning outcomes.
• Providing general classroom support to the class teacher e.g., preparing and delivering learning resources.

This position is full-time, with the opportunity to go permanent with the school based on performance.

Our client school is larger than average, with over 1000 pupils on roll and is easily accessible from the surrounding areas of Greater Manchester. This school is well connected to public transport links, making it easily accessible for those candidates who do not drive.
