Teaching Assistant – Bridport – Immediate Start
Do you have a passion for working with children and helping them succeed? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support schools in Bridport, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.
Role Overview:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Supporting Key Stage 1 and 2 (KS1 and KS2) pupils
- Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Providing one-to-one and small group support
- Helping students with their social, emotional, and academic development
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have experience working with children (school-based or similar)
- Are patient, compassionate, and proactive in supporting students’ learning
- Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
- Hold (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
