Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools in the Weymouth area, and we’re currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our expanding team.
Role Details:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Working alongside class teachers to raise attainment
- Opportunities across Key Stages 1–4
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have previous experience working with children (school-based or similar)
- Are confident supporting a range of learning needs
- Are proactive, patient, and positive in their approach
- Hold or are willing to apply for a Child Workforce DBS on the update service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
