Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools in the Weymouth area, and we’re currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our expanding team.

Role Details:

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Working alongside class teachers to raise attainment
• Opportunities across Key Stages 1–4

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have previous experience working with children (school-based or similar)
• Are confident supporting a range of learning needs
• Are proactive, patient, and positive in their approach
• Hold or are willing to apply for a Child Workforce DBS on the update service
