- Day-to-day ad hoc supply work ideal for individuals with a childcare, coaching, youth work, or support work background who are looking to gain valuable experience within schools
- Longer-term placements for experienced Teaching Assistants, including rewarding 1:1 SEN support roles working closely with pupils who require additional learning and emotional support
Whether you are looking for flexibility or a long-term career opportunity, we have roles available to suit your experience and goals.
The Role:
- Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects
- Assisting teachers in maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Encouraging student confidence, participation, and progress
- Building positive relationships with students and staff
We Are Looking For:
- Individuals with experience in childcare, tutoring, coaching, youth work, care, or education
- Teaching Assistants with previous school-based or SEN experience
- Compassionate, proactive, and adaptable individuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
