Teaching Assistant – Boston, Lincolnshire
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing
Pay: From £90 per day (with potential to increase)
Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in the classroom?
We are currently recruiting for a teaching assistant to support primary and SEN schools across the Boston area. This role involves working closely with teachers and pupils to provide day-to-day classroom support, helping children reach their full potential in both mainstream and special educational needs settings.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with classroom learning and pupil engagement
-
Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed
-
Supporting pupils with additional needs, both academically and emotionally

Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
-
A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individual
-
Experience working in a school or with children (preferred but not essential)
-
Willingness to support children with a range of needs
-
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in education and work within a variety of supportive schools. Pay starts at £90 per day, with potential increases based on experience and long-term placements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
