FLEXIBLE WORK IN SURREY!!! - Both part time and full time available!

We are looking for flexible education staff across the Surrey area, no experience or formal qualification is required!

We are recruiting fully qualified teachers, teaching assistants, and learning support assistants.

If you’ve dreamed of getting into education in but don’t know where to start…we can help!

We offer flexible work around you, whether it's part-time (even one day a week!) or full-time, there's something for you!

 

What will I be doing?

  • Guiding students through their learning plans, following the national curriculum but also their individual plan
  • Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons, the organisation of classrooms and the management of pupils
  • Creating an environment of support and inclusion within our classrooms
  • Collaborating with a team of fellow educators to deliver high quality education to all pupils
  • Sometimes assisting with lunchtimes and/or breaktimes
  • Keeping track of student progress and celebrating their victories, ensuring each win is celebrated!
  • Being the caring, empathetic individual who both students and staff can rely on

 

What are we looking for?

  • Someone who takes constructive feedback and consistently improves
  • The ability to listen to instruction and take their own initiative
  • Candidates who are adaptable to primary, secondary and SEN schools
  • The charisma and charm to engage, inspire, and connect with young minds
  • Patience, empathy, and a heart filled with understanding!
  • Time-management, commitment and passion
  • The adaptability to cater to the diverse needs of our exceptional students

 

Location: Surrey

Job type: full-time, part-time, and flexible working

Pay: £77 to £90 per-day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
