We are seeking a full time Cover Supervisor to join the school for a long term position to support a number of different departments and alleviate the need for external cover when dealing with planned and unplanned absences.

Working at modern secondary school located in the Alford & Skegness area.

Opportunity to earn up to £375 a week dependent on your experience as a Cover Supervisor and the responsibilities on the day

Working as a Cover Supervisor within a modern secondary school. There is a strong support structure within the school from the top to the bottom with investment places into every pupil and every member of staff, resulting in a strong togetherness within the community. The school have a strong tradition of delivering good GCSE results and due to this have an excellent reputation with parents and other members of the local community.

Your role as a Cover Supervisor will be different every day dependent on the needs of the school and due to this you will be required to be very versatile and have strong communication skills to be able to fit into each department with ease and support each pupil effectively whilst reporting back to the Head of department. Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor is preferred, however we would welcome applicants from those who have previous experience supporting young people in a different role or from any graduates seeking further experience in a secondary school setting before enrolling on a PGCE or similar Teacher Training Programme.
