Job description

Science Teacher – Farnborough

Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full‑time (5 days per week)
Phase: KS3–KS4 (Ages 11–16)

A welcoming and community‑focused 11–16 secondary school in Farnborough is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join its dedicated Science Faculty from September 2026. The Science Faculty

The Science Department is a supportive and collaborative team, delivering Biology, Chemistry and Physics across KS3 and KS4. The department focuses on:

You will be:

  • A passionate Science Teacher with strong subject knowledge (Biology, Chemistry or Physics)
  • Confident teaching across KS3 and KS4
  • Committed to delivering engaging and practical lessons
  • A reflective practitioner keen to contribute to school improvement
  • Dedicated to supporting all learners and raising achievement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
