Science Teacher – Fleet

Start Date: September | Full-Time | Permanent

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Fleet, Hampshire, seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join their successful department from September.

The Role

As a Science Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Inspire curiosity and enthusiasm for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive
  • Plan and deliver lessons that support excellent student progress and attainment
  • Assess, monitor, and provide feedback to help students achieve their full potential
  • Adapt teaching strategies to support learners with different abilities and educational needs
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and departmental initiatives

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Has strong subject knowledge within Science
  • Can deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Maintains high expectations for behaviour, effort, and achievement
  • Builds positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
  • Is passionate about raising attainment and promoting a love of Science
  • Is committed to inclusive teaching and continuous professional development
