Are you a Teacher seeking a role in a Behavioural Unit?
If so, Teaching Personnel work closely with a School based in the Bacup area which caters for pupils with KS3/4 pupils who have SEMH difficulties, challenging behaviours and Autism. The School is based centrally in the Blackburn area and there are close links to public transport. The School is smaller than average and the pupils in School will display challenging behaviours.
The candidate must be a qualified Teacher and have experience delivering a range of subjects as the role will require you to deliver a number of subjects. The candidate must be hard working and have experience supporting pupils who display challenging behaviours.
The role will start after the Easter holidays and the candidate must be available full time. The role will require you to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with the pupils and class sizes are generally under 10 pupils per class.
The successful candidate will benefit from:
* Negotiable pay rates dependent on experience £95-125 per day
* Long term position available
* Rewarding position supporting pupils with behavioural difficulties

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
