Science Teacher – Secondary School – Basingstoke – September 2025 Start

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher looking for your next teaching opportunity?

A forward-thinking secondary school in Farnham is seeking a dynamic Teacher of Science to join their growing team from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term position, open to teachers of all science specialisms, and is suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators.

About the Role:

  • Full-time teaching position from September 2025
  • Deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Teach across Biology, Chemistry and Physics (specialism welcomed)
  • Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons that inspire students of all abilities
  • Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive science curriculum

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS or is an experienced/unqualified Science educator
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about science education
  • Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management
  • Committed to supporting students’ progress, wellbeing and academic success
  • A collaborative teacher who thrives in a team-focused environment
