Teacher of Music – Part-Time or Full-Time – Start ASAP or Easter 2026 (Basingstoke, Hampshire)

Teaching Personnel are working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Basingstoke who are seeking a dynamic Music Teacher to join their well-resourced department on a part-time basis, with the option of full-time for candidates able to teach a second subject. The role begins as soon as possible or from Easter 2026.
About the Role:
- Start Date: ASAP or Easter 2026
- Contract: Part-time (or full-time with a second subject)
- Subject: Music (KS3–KS4)
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Music lessons that inspire creativity
- Contribute to the continued growth of a vibrant and inclusive department
- Participate in extracurricular activities and whole-school events
The Music Department:
The department is exceptionally well-equipped, featuring:
Two dedicated teaching spaces
Multiple practice rooms
A suite of Apple Macs for digital composition and editing
A professional recording studio

- A qualified Teacher of Music (QTS desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
