Job description

Teacher of Mathematics 
Location: Brackley
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics to join our successful and supportive Maths department at our client school located in Brackley. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced teacher or an ambitious ECT to inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially KS5).

The Role:
As a Maths teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons that motivate and challenge students of all abilities. You’ll contribute to a culture of high expectations and achievement, working closely with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • A passion for teaching Maths and the ability to bring the subject to life

  • Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills

  • Commitment to raising attainment and supporting students to reach their potential

  • Willingness to contribute to the wider school community

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons

  • Assess, track, and report on student progress

  • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners

  • Contribute to department planning and development

  • Support enrichment opportunities and interventions where required
