Teacher of Mathematics – September 2025 Start

Location: Hertfordshire
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: MPS/UPS (Fringe Area)

Are you an enthusiastic and inspiring Mathematics teacher looking to join a dynamic and high-achieving department? We are seeking a talented and committed Teacher of Maths to join our well-respected secondary school in Hertfordshire from September 2025.

Our school has a strong tradition of academic excellence and is known for its supportive and aspirational ethos. You will be joining a dedicated Maths team with a proven track record of outstanding outcomes at both GCSE and A-Level. Whether you are an ECT or an experienced practitioner, we offer excellent professional development and the opportunity to make a real impact.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for Mathematics and inspires students to achieve their best

  • Possesses strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice

  • Can contribute to the wider life of the school

  • Holds QTS and has experience teaching Key Stages 3–5 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
