Our client, a mixed all-through school with academy status based in Ilford, is seeking a dedicated and engaging Teacher of History to join their successful Humanities faculty. This is a fantastic opportunity for a History ECT to join a supportive school environment that values creativity, academic excellence, and continuous professional development.

The successful candidate will teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering an engaging curriculum that encourages critical thinking and a deeper understanding of historical contexts. As an ECT, you will benefit from a structured induction programme and the guidance of experienced mentors.

  • A History graduate with QTS (or on track to achieve QTS by September 2025)

  • A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a love for History
