Teaching Personnel are currently working with a School in Burnley to recruit a Geography Teacher to join their forward thinking humanities department. The school has recently been graded "Good" by Ofsted with excellent feedback regarding the progress being made by the schools SLT and improvements in results.
The school are looking for a Teacher of Geography to start as soon as possible in the spring term. Although they would be keen to appoint immediately they would be able to accommodate a start from the February half term or after Easter to accommodate for notice periods. A suitable candidate should have experience delivering Geography to GCSE level, they would be able to consider applications from NQT's and support is available for all teachers through an extensive CPD programme.
The school is looking to appoint someone until the end of the 2017/18 academic year. However, the school would like to consider the successful candidate for a permanent position starting in September 2018. A successful candidate will benefit from rates between £100-140 per day depending on experience.
