Are you an English Teacher looking to start a new challenge in a new environment?

If so, teaching personnel are looking for you! I am working exclusively a school in the NG12 area of Nottinghamshire.

We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher of English to join an exciting and thriving English department. The post could suit an NQT.

The school secured a 'Good' Ofsted judgement in all areas of inspection.

The academy is also a member of Redhill Teaching School Alliance and as such there are

excellent CPD opportunities and the chance to work alongside other high performing schools

in the region.

The ideal candidate will:

  • be passionate about teaching English and continuous learning for both staff and students;
  • have experience of working in line with the national curriculum;
  • be able to give examples of their work raising pupils attainment;
  • be highly motivated by children's success;
  • be able to plan and mark to a high level;
  • excellent behaviour management

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
