TEACHER OF ART – WN1
Long-Term Role | Until Easter 2027 | Secondary School
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Teacher of Art to join a secondary school in WN1 on a long-term basis through to Easter 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Art teacher to join a supportive school and make a real impact on pupils' creativity, confidence and artistic development.
The Role
- Teacher of Art across Key Stages 3 & 4
- Long-term placement until Easter 2027
- Full-time opportunity
- Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons
- Inspire and motivate pupils
- Monitor and assess student progress
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement
- Work collaboratively with the wider Art department
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about Art and education
- Confident teaching secondary-aged pupils
- Able to deliver engaging and creative lessons
- Strong in classroom and behaviour management
- Reliable, organised and enthusiastic
- QTS desirable, although experienced unqualified teachers may also be considered

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
