Are you a talented and enthusiastic Art Teacher?

Are you interested in teaching your subject within a diverse 11-18 secondary school?

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a large secondary school in Sheffield to recruit for a full-time Art and Design Teacher to start in April 2024. If successful, you will become part of a successful and welcoming Arts department where you will be responsible for teaching Art and Design to students in KS3 and Ks4.

 Essential:

  • Hold a child only workforce DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
  • Must provide two school references
  • Must have experience teaching Art and Design to KS3/KS4
  • Be available full-time from April 2024
  • Experience in raising attainment in Art and Design for all abilities

Key responsibilities

  • Planning and preparation of lessons
  • Delivery of practical and theoretical lessons
  • Marking and assessment of students work
  • Attending parent’s evenings and additional school functions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
