Teacher (KS2 Part Time)

Teaching Personnel are currently supporting a primary school in York with their workforce planning for the next academic year. They have asked us to help them secure a Key Stage 2 specialist teacher from September 2019. This role will be part-time, with full class teaching responsibilities.

Our client school have high expectations of all pupils and are committed to providing an effective learning experience for all. Their values are cantered around respect and creating a happy and safe environment.

The school is a 'Good' school and is a huge part of the local community. Behaviour is exceptional.

The ideal candidate will be a Key Stage 2 specialist teacher, experienced in teaching Year 6. You will be working within a supportive Key Stage 2 team, with Senior Leadership who are committed to their staff and their professional development.

This role will initially be temporary, for 1 term, with the opportunity of a fixed term contract. There will also be opportunities to take on senior subject responsibilities. Specialisms in any of the core subjects will be highly beneficial.
