Are you a passionate educator with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) looking to make a real difference in the lives of post-16 students? This setting, which is in partnership with Teaching Personnel, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our vibrant team in Plymouth. This is a permanent position for a successful candidate who is eager to help students transition smoothly into adult life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and impactful lessons to post-16 students, focusing on preparing them for adult life.
- Developing and implementing curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Providing individual support and guidance to students to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Maths as a specialism is desirable, but not essential.
- A passion for working with post-16 students and helping them become life-ready.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
