TA3 - PPA

Teaching Personnel recruiting on behalf of a range of friendly and supportive primary schools in the OL8 area, seeking experienced and confident Level 3 Teaching Assistants to provide PPA cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in September.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled TA3 looking to take on greater responsibility without full-class teacher planning.

Role Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons during teacher PPA time

• Supporting and engaging pupils across the curriculum

• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

• Working closely with teaching staff to support learning objectives

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience delivering whole-class lessons confidently

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Flexibility to work across year groups

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (term-time only)
Pay: Competitive daily rates depending on experience
