Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the OL9 area. We are currently seeking confident and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to cover PPA sessions across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 starting this September.

This role is ideal for a skilled TA3 who is eager to step up and take on more classroom responsibility—without the demands of full planning.

Key Duties:

• Leading lessons from pre-prepared plans during teacher PPA time

• Supporting pupil engagement and learning across all subjects

• Promoting positive behaviour and managing the classroom effectively

• Collaborating with teachers to meet learning goals

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Proven experience confidently delivering full-class sessions

• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills

• Flexibility and adaptability across different key stages

• A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Job Details:

• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term-time only)

• Pay: Competitive daily rates, based on experience
