A specialised school in High Wycombe are looking for teaching assistants to join them on a full time basis. The school caters for Primary and Secondary aged pupils who have a range of additional needs such as Autism, Speech, Language and Communication Needs, and Social, Physical and Sensory related difficulties. The school is located over two sites which accommodate the varying additional needs, and there are extensive facilities on site including facilities for speech, language, physio and occupational therapy activities which are fitted into daily life at the school.

The school has a child focused approach and believes in fitting the curriculum to the child by tailoring the school day to each pupil's specific needs. They are looking for individuals who are flexible and adaptable because of this. They are also looking for someone who will enable communication, physical, social and emotional development for each individual.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
