Are you looking for an LSA role in September?

Do you want to make a difference?

Bristol

  • Secondary ASD provision
  • Full time- Starting in September
  • £60-£70 per day
  • Working in small groups and on a 1:1 basis

Are you an outgoing, enthusiastic, energetic team player? If so, we have the position for you! A Secondary special needs ASD provision in South Bristol is looking for just that. Teaching Personnel have been working closely with this ASD provision and are happy to help the provision recruit for the right candidate. There is such an importance to find the right candidate for the role to ensure the pupils are supported in the right way.

This unit is built around supporting the needs of children with high and low functioning autism. The school is currently looking for an LSA to assist the teacher within the classroom. They need someone to build strong relationships with the students and colleagues, bring new ideas to the table and to track the progress of the children within the class Facilities and resources are purely built around the needs of these well deserving children, who would not otherwise have such an opportunity to strive, learn and grow.

About The Role

  • The class will consist of a small group with the successful candidate as the class Teacher with 3 Learning Support Assistants (LSA) present at all times.
  • Due on the complexity of the needs of the students, they would not typically work alongside the national curriculum. There is a focus on personal physical, emotional and social development.

If you are interested in applying for the role, please contact Teaching Personnel Bristol.
