Are you interested in becoming a Flexible Supply Teacher with No Planning?!

Location: Chichester

 We are a leading educational institution committed to providing quality learning experiences for our students. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking dedicated and adaptable individuals to join our team as Supply Teachers. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with students across various grade levels and subjects, without the need for extensive planning.

 We are currently seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers who can step into classrooms at a moment's notice and deliver engaging lessons without prior planning. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive learning environment, managing classroom dynamics, and delivering pre-prepared lessons or assisting students with independent work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Step into classrooms on short notice to cover for absent teachers.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials effectively and adaptively to suit the needs of the class.
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Provide support and guidance to students as they complete assigned tasks or independent work.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Uphold the school's policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
