Teaching Assistant required in Burnley SEN School!
Do you have experience supporting pupils with SEN, including; Autism, PMLD, Physical Disabilities and pupils with SEMH Difficulties?
Are you seeking a role in the Burnley area?
The School provides education and support for KS3-5 pupils who have a range of needs and many of the pupils may require personal care, including toileting and feeding. The School caters for pupils who cannot be in mainstream education for a range of reasons, usually due to their care requirements.
The candidate must be experienced in working with pupils with SEN, ideally the candidate will have their Autism Awareness qualification and/or Team Teach, however, this is not essential.
The candidate must be willing to provide personal care for KS3-5 pupils and be willing to work on a 1:1 or small group basis. The successful candidate will benefit from:
* Negotiable pay rates £50.44 - 55 per day
* Long term position available
* Rewarding position supporting pupils with SEN

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
