We are looking for teachers who are happy to be called either in advance or on the morning to go and support schools in various year groups across the schools.

You will need to:

• Be flexible and willing to jump in with two feet from the moment that you arrive at the school
• Be prepared with your own kit bag of resources just in case there is no planning left
• Be creative and adaptable during the day and have a back up plan
• Have a good sense of humour
• Be able to laugh at yourself as necessary
• Be able to keep students engaged and manage any behaviour issues successfully
