Teaching Personnel work with over 100 schools across Lincolnshire supporting with day to day supply cover, long term supply and permanent recruitment.
We are currently seeking a Primary Specialist Teacher to join our Guaranteed Work Scheme providing short term supply cover 3-5 days per week, across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, within schools in Spalding, Boston, Bourne and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate...
...will be available 5 days per week, have access to your own transport and be happy to travel up to 60 minutes.
You will hold UK QTS, be happy to work across EYFS, Key stage 1 and 2 and demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
The role...
Most days will be different. Some of the work will prebooked, but you will be required to be on standby for morning bookings. Work is usually planned but you will have a bank of reasources to hand for all year groups just incase. Working across numerous schools, you will follow each schools policies, mark the childrens work and leave handover notes.
