French and German teacher needed for a well respected secondary school in Tameside. This MFL post will commence in January for one term initially until April with the potential to continue until the end of the academic year. The successful MFL teacher will be delivering German to KS4 and French to KS3 with full planning and marking responsibilities for your classes.
The school achieves above average academically with a positive progress 8 score, there are opportunities for the modern foreign languages teacher to make a positive impact on the students you will be teaching so expected levels of progress are made. Medium sized with around 800 students the school is Graded Good by Ofsted with pupil behaviour highlighted as outstanding.
Highlights of this MFL post;
**Pay ranging from £95-£150 per day dependant on your scale point
**Teaching in a Good graded Ofsted report
**Full time post for a term initially from January 2019
**Delivering lessons to students who are well behaved and engaged in their learning
MFL teachers interested in this position will need to have qualified teacher status in the UK, experience of teaching in a UK secondary school, suitable teaching references and eligibility for a fully enhanced DBS certificate.
The school will be looking to see candidates after half term with an appointment being made before the Christmas holidays. Located in the M34 post code on Tameside the school is located just off the M60/M67 with direct bus routes and a train station under a mile away.
