Supply Teacher

A school in South Manchester is looking for a Supply Teacher to join the team on a temporary basis.

The requirements for this position are as follows:

• QTS
• A passion for working alongside young people. 
• Ability to develop strong rapport quickly.

The role will focus on:

• Covering staff absences, working across multiple subjects. 
• Ensuring students with SEN are suitably catered for, and that individual needs are met.
• Managing any pastoral issues that may arise, and ensuring that these are dealt with an efficient manner.
• Working as part of a team, monitoring day to day factors linked to attendence. 
• Maintain health and safety of students, ensuring students are adhering to specific Behaviour and Covid Policy.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff and students.

• Located in South Manchester, the school is not far from Manchester city centre.
• Metrolink stop located close by.
• Motorway links also within close proximity.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
