About the Role: As a Supply Teacher, you will step into various classrooms, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects.

• Provide support and encouragement to students, helping them stay engaged and on task.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain continuity of learning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and year groups.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Experience in secondary education is desirable but not essential.
