Working with a number of secondary schools in the Warrington and Wigan/Ashton-in-Makerfield area, supporting them with their short term day to day cover needs has generated the requirement of daily supply teachers who are looking for flexible work. As January nears, the requirement for supply teachers increases significantly and so any teachers due to be available are encouraged to apply for more information and immediate consideration.

Highlights of the supply teacher role:

  • Competitive daily pay rate; earn up to GBP600 per week
  • Fully flexible supply teaching at a number of secondary schools in the Warrington and Wigan areas

Teachers are asked to arrive at school between approximately 8:30am and finish at 3pm where you will cover lessons in a variety of subjects across the age range. As a qualified teacher you will be able to teach your own specific specialism but should be adaptable to cover in other subject matter.

  • Consistent teaching where schools often ask for the same teachers back providing continuity
  • Regular CPD opportunities with Teaching Personnel and access to an online diary and system providing full flexibility

As a general supply teacher, you will have full flexibility over being available on a full time or part time basis. This role is ideal for qualified teachers of any experience looking for as much work as that which suits the individual’s personal schedule.
