Teaching Personnel are currently seeking confident and pro-active individuals to join our team of dedicated Supply Teachers. Our team work flexibly across a number of local client schools in Salford and the surrounding areas. Role commencing September 2025.
- Must have qualified teacher status
- Must have availability for 3-5 days a week
- Daily pay rate of £130 – £150 per day depending on teaching experience.
- Manage your own work diary - flexible work to fit around your commitments.
- Regular and consistent work available in schools local to you.
- Opportunity to build on your classroom experience within supportive schools.
- Cover Supervisor work available for candidates without qualified teacher status
Role responsibilities:
- Relieve periods of staff absence and shortages by providing lesson cover across KS3 and KS4.
- Assist students with the schemes of work provided and ensure that they remain on task.
- Maintain excellent classroom practice by implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
- Record attendance
- Follow behaviour and child protection policies in line with school procedures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
