Teaching Personnel are looking for a Teacher to join our Guarenteed Work Scheme!

As part of this commitment to quality, we are seeking passionate, flexible and dedicated primary school teachers to accompany our attitude and work in the East Lancashire - Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

To be considered for the role of Guaranteed Pay Scheme Teacher – East Lancashire you will: 

  • Have experience of working with children and young people who have special educational needs
  • Be available to work Monday-Friday (there is options to work lesser days)

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.

Our guaranteed pay scheme might see you visiting a range of different schools in different demographics, teaching different classes and year year groups. Most of the work you will deliver will be planned; however, you will need to have your own resources available to hand - just in case, suitable for all year groups.

On our guaranteed pay scheme, we will guarantee you at least 3.5 days pay each week - whether we get you work or not! At the moment, our current candidates are working full time on this scheme due to exceptional demand.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ this may also include an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted applicants.
