Supply Teacher / Cover supervisor - North Hampshire - ASAP

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting graduates and teachers in the Northern Hampshire area in order to create a pool of dedicated Supply teachers Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants to service secondary schools on a regular and frequent basis. We currently work across Andover, Basingstoke, Fleet and Farnborough and are able to offer local work to candidates who are happy to work in multiple schools and comfortable covering multiple subjects along with their specialism.

This work is well paid, and allows you to gain experience in multiple schools prior to engaging on a PGCE and for qualified teachers we often find that day bookings will turn into steady regular work or longer bookings due to schools preferring to have high quality teachers come back on a frequent basis to increase continuity for the pupils.

The nature of this work can vary greatly and as such we would be looking for flexible people who are looking to learn and develop their own skills in the education sector. The roles would vary from particular subject cover to general cover across the school working in many different faculties across multiple schools in a week.

We would be willing to offer on site training at schools local to yourself which would allow you to build experience prior to being left on your own with pupils to ensure you are confident and ready to engage in the lessons. We also offer online course at a reduced rate for safeguarding for children ensuring you are prepared to deal with any classroom issues that may arise.
