Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a strong behaviour management mentor to work with children and young people on a 1:1/small group basis. The jobs are full time working from 8:30-3:30 5 days a week.

This role entails close work to engage children with the curriculum as well as other activities that interest them. The academy pride themselves on their hands on approach to learning and use interactive technologies, excursions and creativity to keep their pupils engaged and focused on their learning.

To be considered for this role you must energetic with a good sense of humour to keep the pupils engaged and interested in learning. You will have the ability to utilise a range of effective approaches to the management of difficult behaviour. You must have experience of working with challenging behaviour.

You must have a clear DBS and full, clean driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

We are looking to start this role immediately so having a DBS in child workforce only on the update service then we can get you to start quicker. However, if you do not then please still get in contact with us!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
