Sports Graduate -Bolton
Bolton based Secondary School are seeking to appoint a Sports graduate who aims to secure a role in a secondary school setting from September 2019.
This opportunity is perfect if you are considering applying for a PGCE in the future or wish to gain an introduction to employment in an educational setting.

This position is initially being offered on a temporary full time basis, with employment on a provisional 12 month basis. You will receive complete support throughout your placement and will also have access to state of the art training through Teaching Personnel.
The role will incorporate supporting small groups of students aged 11-16, working with identified students on a 1:1 basis and then also supporting with elements of classroom cover where required. You will work across all departments assisting the teaching staff with day to day tasks and ensuring that lessons operate smoothly.
The school is situated within the Bolton LEA and currently has approximately 900 pupils on roll. There are a number of provisions already in place to support all students at school, with regular intervention sessions available for identified students. The school can be accessed via the M61 motorway and is directly opposite the A666. For non drivers, the school is only a short walk away from the local train station.
