Speech Language and Pathology Graduate - Teaching Assistant Role in Salford Primary School. M30.
Working as a teaching assistant using SLCN degree.
Supporting children with communication issues.
Teaching assistant within the Early Years and Key Stage 1.

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a primary school in the Eccles area of Salford, M30 to appoint a Speech, Language Graduate to their team in September. The school caters for a higher than average number of children with special educational needs and has specialist resource unit in their early years foundation stage.
If you have a strong academic record and a dedication towards your career this could be great experience before going into therapist training. The SENCO of this Client School is highly experienced and facilitates the special needs programme for a large number of students on roll.
- Using various communication programmes to support children in the EYFS and Key Stage 1.
- Autistic children and children with barriers to communication
- PECS, visual aids, “now” and “next” cards to help communicate
- Delivering tailor made programmes outlined by the SENCO for identified children
- Full time position
- September start
