Specialist Support Assistant Salford

Teaching Personnel are working alongside a primary school in Salford, M27 are looking to appoint a strong level 3 teaching assistant to join their team in March 2018.

You will be working within their dynamic and elaborate Key Stage 2 department supporting pupils on a 1:1 and group basis. As a level 3 teaching assistant you will be expected to support under achieving pupils development and progression working through the National Curriculum. Some pupils will have mild learning difficulties, so you must demonstrate proficient knowledge of working with children with additional needs. Previous experience of working with pupils with Autism, ADHD and EAL would come in useful at this school.

This Ofsted rates 'Good' Salford school are looking for a level 3 teaching assistant to work on a full time basis for the rest academic year with a view to continue next year. The Salford school will offer the most suitable candidate the opportunity to further their career through ample training opportunities. The role is initially for the rest of the academic year but could progress onto the school contract for the right candidate.
