Are you passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs? Teaching Personnel are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist Resource Base (SRB) within a welcoming primary school in the NP16 area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in pupils’ lives, working as part of a supportive, nurturing school environment.

✨ About the Role:

• Support pupils with a range of ALN/SEN needs including Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver targeted support and interventions.
• Encourage positive behaviour and help pupils develop confidence and independence.
• Create a fun, inclusive and supportive learning space where every child can thrive.

Ideal Candidate:

• ‍ Previous experience supporting children with additional needs.
• Calm, patient, and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• ✅ Willingness to complete or already holds an Enhanced DBS.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
