  • Assist in implementing education and support plans tailored to individual pupil needs.
  • Support positive behaviour strategies and create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
  • Encourage pupils to achieve their personal goals and celebrate their successes.

  • Have experience working with children or young people, particularly within an SEN, education, care, or support setting.
  • Are patient, empathetic, resilient, and adaptable.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of young people.
  • Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Have a positive, proactive approach and a commitment to inclusive education.

A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable, but we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work in a highly rewarding specialist education setting.
  • A supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • The chance to positively impact the lives of children and young people every day.
  • A welcoming environment where staff wellbeing and development are valued.
