Teaching Assistant for Students with Special Educational Needs

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit teaching assistants to support children in mainstream secondary schools but who have additional needs and therefore may need extra support. Students might have mild learning difficulties or challenging behaviour which can sometimes act as a barrier to learning. 

For this role you dont neccessarily need school-based experience, people who get on well in these roles have experience in:

• Youth Work
• Care work
• Sports Coaching

Teaching Personnel can offer you:

• Daily rates of pay up to GBPGBP70 for ad hoc work and paid to scale for long term assignments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
