Special Needs Provision requires staff to join the team!

Job description

We are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to join the team of an Autism Specialist Provision in Berkshire. The provision is designed for pupils diagnosed with Autism and associated behaviour and speech language communication difficulties. All pupils have a plan in place specific to their individual needs. The school looks at each pupil as unique and puts a huge emphasis on inclusion. Ideal candidates for this role will have some experience of Autism (professional or personal), however this isn't essential as the provision offers a fantastic in-house training programme on how to deliver the support to pupils and manage behaviour.

The role is to start full time in the new academic year of September 2019! They require staff to work Monday - Friday 8.30am -16.30pm. Training takes place between 15.30pm - 16.30pm and is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
