Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant - British Sign Language (BSL)

Do you have experience with British Sign Language? Have you always wanted to work in education? Are you passionate about working with and supporting children?

We are looking for applicants with experience using British Sign Language and supporting people with hearing impairments.

The role will involve supporting pupils with 1:1 and in small groups, supporting them with their learning and development across the curriculum within a school environment. Previous experience in schools is desirable, but not essential.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience or qualification in BSL
  • Worked in an education setting
  • Looking to work with pupils and young people
  • Experience supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
