Special Educational Needs Secondary Teacher required for SEN School

We are looking for a SEN Secondary Teacher for students with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs. The school is a pupil referral unit and supports pupils aged 11 - 16 years old who have left mainstream education. This SEN school delivers an engaging curriculum which includes core subjects alongside an exciting vocational offer. The curriculum and classes are designed to meet the needs and interests of pupils and prepare them for further learning and life.

Key Skills

  • QTS or extensive teaching experience
  • Successful class room teaching experience
  • Have previous experience working within a SEN environment or have always wanted to
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEMH
  • Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 pupils
  • Up to date knowledge of the national curriculum
