EYFS Teacher Required – Morecambe

Teaching Personnel is working with a ‘GOOD’ primary school in Morecambe that is seeking to appoint a dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher from April 2026 on a full-time basis. The school is looking for a teacher with strong early-years experience who can deliver the EYFS curriculum with creativity, care, and a deep understanding of child development.
This welcoming, nurturing school promotes a positive learning environment where children are encouraged to grow into confident, curious learners. The successful candidate will be passionate about early years education and able to provide a stimulating, inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of the children within the setting.
The school is seeking an EYFS practitioner who is proactive, reflective, and confident in delivering high‑quality provision across all areas of the early years curriculum. This post will run from April 2026 until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of progression onto a school-based contract for the right candidate.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have recent and relevant experience working within EYFS
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early childhood development
- Be able to create engaging learning opportunities that meet the needs of all children
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Promote the school’s values and contribute to its warm, supportive community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
