Youth Worker!

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Youth Worker, working directly within schools to empower and support our youth!
One of Teaching Personnel’s partner schools is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and guidance to young individuals as they navigate through the complexities of adolescence. Their mission is to foster resilience, confidence, and self-belief in the next generation, empowering them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Youth Worker, you will be working in a school, supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
This will involve engaging students in their pre-planned learning outcomes and following their behaviour and learning plan. You will work with small groups and carry out one-to-one interventions and support.
Positive and trusting relationships is integral when working with these children so a candidate who puts nurture and love first, is essential.
You will have support throughout this role and this school’s incredible team are there to help you on your SEN journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
