SEND Teaching Assistant – Guisborough
Location: Guisborough, North Yorkshire
Job Type: Full-Time / Long-Term
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Are you an experienced and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role supporting pupils with additional needs? We’re seeking a dedicated individual to join a school in Guisborough, providing 1:1 and small group support for children with Autism and challenging behaviour.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting children or young people with Autism and challenging behaviour
-
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to follow individual behaviour and education plans effectively

Relevant SEND training or qualifications (desirable but not essential)

Valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
